New 27,250 SF facility housing the Toyota dealership at the Shelor Motor Mile which includes several dealerships of varying brands. This facility was based upon a prototype provided by Toyota with modifications for local requirements and site adaptation. The facility features a modern metal and glass façade with a curved entry portal to mark the main entrance based on Toyota’s corporate brand. The building includes a main 7,500 SF showroom, sales offices, conference room, a 12,500 SF service department with parts / tool storage and other customer support facilities.

New 9,600 SF restaurant is the second location for the owner of a similar facility located in Roanoke, VA with seating for approximately 300 patrons including grill / table seating, bar / lounge seating and more intimate sushi bar seating. The entrance, main lobby and bar area was designed to resemble a Japanese village nightscape. These areas feature a vaulted ceiling, created & detailed by a Disney artist, to give the appearance of the night sky and stars, creating an inviting environment for guests & visitors.

Newly renovated 11,500 SF restaurant including a 4,350 SF addition to the existing 7,150 SF main flagship restaurant, designed and constructed to resemble the earlier new facility located in Christiansburg, VA, with seating for approximately 300 patrons including grill / table seating, bar / lounge seating and more intimate sushi bar seating. The entrance, main lobby, bar / lounge and sushi bar was designed similar to the Christiansburg restaurant to resemble a Japanese village nightscape, featuring a vaulted ceiling, created & detailed by the same Disney artist who painted the Christiansburg restaurant, to give the appearance of the night sky and stars, creating an inviting environment for guests & visitors. This project was a challenge due to the very constricted site constraints.

New 30,000 SF hotel facility, featuring a stucco exterior façade and Spanish clay tile roof, was originally designed and constructed for a different franchise. The project site was extremely challenging due to the surrounding topography which required a massive landscape retaining wall to accommodate the L-shaped layout. The building was constructed with a prefabricated structural insulated panel system (by ThermaSteel Corporation) for the walls, floors and roof. The two-story facility consists of 51 guest rooms ranging in size with 1 king bed, 2 double beds or a deluxe double suite with a jetted tub accommodations. Also included along the interior corridor layout is a spacious front desk and lobby area, meeting rooms, a fitness center, staff offices, an on-site Bistro Bar / Restaurant and additional guest support services.
