Selu Conservancy offers a 4,100-square-foot retreat center with bunk-style sleeping accommodations for 20, three meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, toilets and a small unique seven sided art museum on the lower level. The design of the facility was to emulate an old homestead log cabin with an addition of later vintage of wood siding. MCA developed the master plan for the 380 acre site along the Little River.
This conference center referred to as the Barn 5,100 SF, was designed to resemble a barn with a silo. The barn houses a field science laboratory on the lower level with a multipurpose room, toilets and catering kitchen on the main level above. The silo structure houses an observatory for classes and research, with the domed roof opening to the sky for observation with a telescope.
